Rose Carol MA, LPC
(She/Her)
Rose is passionate about supporting you in the process of self-connection through therapy and regular emotional and physical self-care. She seeks to understand the parts of you that might be getting in your own way, like fear, doubt, or self-criticism. Together, with that insight, you’ll work to help boost your inner confidence and unfold your life potential. Ultimately, the goal is to feel more comfortable with all emotions and to better tolerate them as they arise, so that your inner world and emotions feel safe.
Rose enjoys working with people who get overwhelmed easily or those who consider themselves empaths or Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), helping them to be themselves and teaching them tools to stay anchored to themselves when the environment is difficult or chaotic. Rose also loves working with people who really want to grow and are truly ready for change. By establishing small, manageable steps towards their goals, she helps clients to gain emotional clarity and to overcome fears. Rose empowers clients to step outside their comfort zone and take risks towards their next step in life.
In her spare time, Rose loves rooftop/balcony gardening, experimenting with vegetarian cooking, learning about new cultures, and watching Korean rom coms. She is a certified Ayurveda Holistic Health Practitioner and Trained Meditation Teacher who has traveled and studied in Nepal, India, and South Korea.
